Did you lose any valuables at Eastnor this year? If so, please email us with ‘LOST PROPERTY’ and the item lost as the subject line of the email. For example, if you’re tracking down a wallet, the subject line should be ‘LOST PROPERTY - WALLET’. If you’re looking for a missing phone, the subject line should be ‘LOST PROPERTY - PHONE’, and so on.

In the body of the email, please provide as much information to help us  identify the item. The more information you can give, the better your chances of getting your stuff back. Information should include all of the following:

• All items: Your name, phone number and postal address.

• Electronic items: Serial number, make and model. For cameras, please include details of recent photos and if possible, a photograph of a friend who we will also find photographed in the missing camera’s memory.

• Phones: IMEI, make, model, network and colour.

• Wallets: Clear description of the wallet and contents.

• Clothing: Full desscription including make, colour, pocket contents or anything else to assist identification.
